We ship in the U.S.A. and internationally.
When you place an order, USPS will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your address once they receive your order from us. Because each Chunky Boy handle is handmade in house with care, orders typically take inbetween 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days) to ship out, which is not reflected in the delivery window provided by USPS.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship separate orders in the same package as it changes the weight and may be returned to sender for inadequate shipping.
Delivery & Order Updates
Once your shipping label has been created you will receive an email that has tracking info for your delivery. Please be aware that it may take several business days betweeen when your label is printed and when it is delivered to the post office as we are often working through hundreds or orders per batch.
For any changes to your address or order updates please contact us with your order number and request asap!

We are a very small business there may be delays in responding to customer service emails and occasionally shipping order after sales -- but we love you, we promise, and we are doin' the best we can will respond asap.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about your return or exchange.
When returning items please include a note with your package that includes your name, order number, and whether you would like to replace or return the item.
Expectations for returns: Allow time for us to receive your product at the shop, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Buyer pays shipping back to the shop. If an exchange is desired, the buyer pays additional shipping for the exchanged product. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Stealing sucks but we are not held responsible for any packages that aren’t delivered. Once we hand your order off to USPS they are responsible for delivery, so, we recommend filing a missing mail claim with USPS for lost/stolen items. Please make sure you have a secure place for package delivery. We cannot guarantee the shipper will provide payment for lost/stolen items. Additionally, (especially during the holiday season) there are often times when packages are not properly scanned in by the post office. Please be patient as your package will most likely jump straight from "recieved" to "delivered"!
